Just wondering. Has anyone ever had a SOL toll on any of their accounts? Was the tolling of the SOL proved and used by a CA (or Judge) in debt collection affairs?

The state I used to live in provides for tolling of the sol unless you have a representative living in that state. I have no idea how they figure out who the representative would be or how you prove you have a representative.
