      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;That should not be allowed. So much for the Privacy act. I tell you what we really dont have any rights when it comes to collections and credit card companies as well as some other creditors (Auto Lenders) FCRA needs major updates to it to protect us from these kind of people and hold them more liable for their part in the dept to. Not all the time is the dept cancled due to the consumer some times its due to being lied to or dupt into getting into bed (not literally) &amp;nbsp;with these kinds of people. Just my 2 Cent worth.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
