I've split your post off from the re-aging sticky to a new thread. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I edited your post, but only to change the message subject, not the message. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of re-aging are you referring to? Usually when we say re-aged or re-aging, we are talking about a change of the DOFD. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to know your state statutes and determine when SOL begins and if the debt is within SOL. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they are incorrectly reporting the DOFD on your CR, I don't believe that would be grounds for dismissal of the lawsuit, as we are talking about different things. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
