Paid collection, still reported as unpaid 3 months later!

I'm very upset, I had 2 unpaid medical bills that went to collection. I paid them over 3 months ago and it's still on here showing as unpaid?!!? There is no contact information listed here for me to contact them either. Any suggestions? I want to buy a house soon (first time buyer) and these are the only 2 things ruining my credit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How did you pay? If you paid by check, do you have a copy of the check showing payment? That would clearly show evidence that the debt is paid. It probably would also have the endorsement of the collection agency which should allow you to track them down.

Medical collections should always be paid to the OC. Use the HIPAA process from the beginning.
