topic Experience removing Freeze from EQ? in General Credit Topics

I froze EQ several months ago, I was getting pre-approved offers from my bank, so I pulled the trigger and was declined. I felt baited and jaded. My last baddie just fell off, and I would like to know if I can remove the freeze over the phone. I am not a pen and stamp type of person. I also lost the 10 digit removal PIN.

I think you have to do it in writing. I could be wrong. Call the CRA and ask how to reverse the freeze.
