OC's reporting accounts as current?

I have searched high and low for information on how an OC should be reporting to the cra's but can't seem to find any answers for my situation. I tried to have my bofa secured card unsecured by calling and the rep told me they could not unsecure it due to several accounts reporting derogatory information. I asked her which ones and she told me about some charge offs I have on my report and I told her but they were charged off in 2007 and she said it looks like they are reporting as current? They are also reporting the terms as 1 month. Also an old auto loan is reporting as 180 days past due when there's been no activity since 2003. Can someone pleeeaase help me and let me know if I should dispute or what? What wording should I use? Below is how they look on my cr.
