My equifax went from 530-639 in 30 days! All I did was get my report, dispute things, and now the score seems to be climbing. I havent done the same woth transunion or equifax yet bc they are not free to dispute with and I don't have the extra money right now. Anyone know how to dispute with them for free?

You dont have to pay to file a dispute. Maybe you are talking about purchasing the credit report? You can get 1 free per year from annualcreditreport.com. Once you have the report your dispute doesnt cost anything.

And Congrats on the jump.
