Is there is something I can do to get that erase?, or it erase my itself after the years?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert is right.&amp;nbsp; Just because a judgment is satisfied (i.e. paid) does not mean it falls off your credit report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to get the judgment off your credit report before the time limits are up, you'd need to get the judgment vacated.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately NYC courts are pretty good about vacating satisfied judgments.&amp;nbsp; You'd need to file a Motion to Vacate with the court and you can obtain an example on the NY State Unified Court System website.&amp;nbsp; On that Motion there is a series of boxes to check to indicate the reason why you think the judgment should be vacated.&amp;nbsp; One of them will say something like "I have paid the judgment."&amp;nbsp; Check that box and file your Motion with the court clerk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Evelyn.&amp;nbsp; Civil judgments are separate derogs posted to your CR, showing additional activity required by the OC or a CA to collect the debt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Payment of a debt does not remove prior derogs that occured prior to its payment.&amp;nbsp; FICO is an analysis of the &amp;nbsp;risk of missing payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deletion of judgments from your CR occur, under FCRA 605(a)(2), after 7 years from the date of court entry of the judgment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
