    <description>&lt;P&gt;NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE factor until last few months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now they are saying my revolving balances are too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;high.&amp;nbsp; I am at 2% util.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have been stuck at 782 since July. and I guess this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called them and asked "do you not want us to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;spend any money in this economy?"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also wanted to cancel my monitoring service but they cut&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the cost in half.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never had any problems with them before and they&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;never sent me an alert.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Oh, you FICO High Achievers and your nonsensical "negative factors"! LOL!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's a general consensus that once you've reached "high achiever" status that the negative factors grow increasingly mind-boggling. Best as anyone can figure, they've gotta come up with something, so pretty much *anything* will do. I once saw someone report a negative factor for high utilization when their utilization was zero. Go figure!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
