Changed My Name...What do I do?!!?

I've searched left and right and cant seem to find a "right" answer as to what I should do.

My parents are divorced and I recently changed my name to my mothers last name. I am in the process of changing all of my credit/debit cards and bank accounts to my new name.

When these accounts report to the 'Big 3' Credit Bureaus will they report my name change and thus the Credit Bureau change my last name?

Will I have to write/call the credit bureaus to have them change it?

There's a thread about this on Relationships and Credit. I took back my maiden name, and I thought I'd have to notify all the bureaus. Equifax told me that I'd have to dispute my married name, and knowing EQ, I figured I'd wind up losing half my accounts as a result.

So I changed my name on all my accounts, and let them report to the bureaus, all of which (whom?) figured it out and started using my maiden name. Very simple! Well, Equifax (of course) flip-flops back and forth, but it has never resulted in a problem. Both names show, married and current.

Yep, I should have been more clear --both names show on all three, along with old and current addresses, etc. TU and Experian show my current name first with the married name as AKA, while Equifax flips back and forth per the phase of the moon or something. But they're there.

I have three different names on my credit reports. For some reason the have an alias I have never used on my credit report before. I have called, disputed, sent in information, sent in proof, etc. and they still have all three names on the credit report. Same goes for home address. I got really excited the other day because I got a notification that my address had been updated--to the wrong address. Its amazing to me how inaccurate these reporting agencies can be, and how hard it is to change the inaccurate information.

Although, upon further review, my first name + Clooney... Ummm, no. There's sort of a Howdy Doody thing going there.
