Just keep calling them. DW had a FA on EQ once and got it resolved in one day over the phone. The conversation took forever, but it worked out. Did you place the FA? Did you dispute anything (that'll sometimes cause it)? If so, make sure there are no dispute comments showing as lenders have been known to deny loans with those present. You might want to also check EX and TU. Sometimes the FA will extend to them too.

Hello,

I'm in the middle of a home loan process and because of the Fraud Alert on the EFX it's holding up the entire loan. I need this removed ASAP!

I tried several numbers and have actually spoken to the Fraud Alert dept - they all say the same thing 3-4 buss days to get it removed after they have received my fax. I sent the written request along with all the doc's to get this FA removed asap. This was sent yesterday.

Anyone else have success in getting this removed sooner??? I need HELP! How can I get this taken care of immediately?

A very desperate Buyer,

Thank you!
