    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never done it, but I think you can go directly to each CRA and ask for it. There may or may not be a fee involved (seems like EX charged for it). There are also some CMSs created directly by the CRA which allows you to lock or unlock the freeze.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
