    <description>&lt;P&gt;I read the post about the "canned" response from the TU rep and thought I hate that crap where they use a scripted response and its' wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I unlocked my TU and updated the change report and it looks like it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I stand corrected &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I don't know if it is ok anyway and unlocking the report was only a coincidence but it works now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As to soft pull, you cannot see them.&amp;nbsp; You would have to go the the annual credit report.com report, or get denied for credit and request the TU CR directly from TU to see them on a full blown CR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
