How AWESOME is this???!!!!

About a month ago I disputed a couple of baddies on my CR. Of course they came back as verified . Well, today I checked my report (just because I can) and...they were GONE!!!!! And they were the only two I had!! Yaaayyyyy, me!! Happy, happy, happy dance!!!!!!!!! What a weight off! My FAKO scores are nearly 800 across the board. I know that doesn't mean much, but I won't splurge for FICOs here until I'm ready to app. Really want that BCP but was denied about a month ago for those very baddies.

Congrats !! That's great news ! So you think that the creditor decided to delete them ?

And now might be a good time to app for that BCP as well....

That's all I can come up with, Pizzadude ( not looking a gift horse in the mouth ) I was just thinking of apping. So nervous!

I hear ya ~ I have certainly never questioned it when late payments or other baddies have disappeared.....

If your 30 days have passed since your last app with AMEX, I'd say go for it ! The BCP is a great card.....I hope to own one someday too.

You can also ask for a recon from AMEX if within 30 days. Just tell them that the baddies are gone.

Pull your EQ / TU FICO reports first before you app for anything and verify the CA's are gone. Also, how many INQ's do you have on each report?
