The area I saw asked you to select type of letter you're writing like, suggestion, complaint, etc. I didn't know which to select., and it wouldn't let me bypass making a selection. So, for you guys who have used this site to do GW letters, how do I do that using that site, and also, is there a fee fort the to send it off to the company?
