Don't go off of what you get off of creditsesame. It's an ok score I'd say. It's about a little above the middle of the 2 real FICO scores I got from myFICO. Do some search on here about where you can get your true FICO score, there are only a few places and credit sesame is not one. However I do use it as well and it's not bad for a free service!

I think I read in one of the other forums "General Credit" that one of the moderators posted a huge list of credit monitoring services, and Credit Sesame is similar to CreditKarma, it is a FAKO score. I have yet to learn exactly what FAKO means but I don't believe its a true FICO score.

My CreditKarma account shows my TU score as 572. But yesterday I apped for a Discover card and they said my TU score was 615. Pretty big difference.

I don't think it is accurate. Mine just happens to be the same, but that's a coincidence. I think fakos are much more accurate when you don't have CAs or PRs. When I got mine removed, my scores didn't change, but FICO did. Now my fakos and FICO are only a couple points off and EX is dead on. I don't rely on them for anything, just an FYI

Exactly. I wouldn't swear by it, but it seems to be better than others. My EX matches to the number from my apt pull. You never know. My TU was over 40 points off until I deleted PR and CA. Now it's 3 points off.
