Do these guys hard or soft pull, or how does it work?

It is a SP (like CreditKarma) from experian, the difference is that it pulls monthly (or so it says.. it took 55 days for my second update).

EDIT: I don't like creditsesame much because I consider the info it provides to be minimal. Credit.com also offers a monthly experian report that (IMO) is more complete.

Is there a free site that soft pulls TU? I have had several disputes get misinformation changed after Walmart updated TU for the month.

Credit.com. Doesn't that site have some problems with it? I seem to remember reading some very cautionary tales about it.

Is the Credit monitoring any good? Maybe they have more frequent updates with the new service they just rolled out.
