I sent a GW to Chase about a closed account I had with them. The account had a 30 day late and a 60 day late. Been closed for about 3 years, been paid in full for about a year now. Anyway, sent them a GW letter on the 19th, checked TC this morning and the account has been deleted from EX and EQ, only TU still shows it. I guess that is one way to take care of the lates.

Dragon...same issue here...GW letter sent...account deleted from both EX and EQ..Still reporting on TU....last obstacle...wish they would correct.
