Purchasing FICO from this site....

I want to purchase the Transunion and Equifax FICO scores from this site so I know what my scores are before applying for a mortgage. Will it pull my credit?

It will be a soft pull, which won't hurt your credit.

Be aware that while the Equifax score giving here uses the current model, the same one your banker is likely to pull, the TU score from this site uses an older model and might be off from the one your banker gets.

Pulling your own credit reports and scores will never damage your FICO score.

The EQ score sold here is the same FICO04 model as used by most mortgage lenders, so I'd recommend purchasing it.
