Hello all, any memebers here have banking accounts with Cap 1? If so, any insight and advice will be greatly appreciated

I dealt with them through DW after her Chevy Chase Bank accounts was acquired by them. I never liked CapOne and my opinion never changed when banking with them.

My online savings is now with them since they acquired ING. I don't do much with it so I don't have a negative opinion. The web site access is fine. I don't have a physical Capital One bank in my area but I have also had a car loan through them with no hassles. I closed their credit card when my profile improved but they were OK when I needed them. I was not one of their PRIME customers so my experience was the same as most of the others in my category.
