EIDT problem .

I have EIDT credit monitor and last two days when i log in and refesh , only Trans and EX appear , and EQ not appear at all ? Is anyone else having this issue ?

Alvon123 it just happen last 2 day , everything work good last two month , only last couple days EQ doesnt appear .

Same thing happened to me. I think I'm about to drop EIDT. Seems like they are almost worthless for EQ.

Beane i call customer servive , they told me to wait 48 hrs to log in again ??? if EQ still not appear call them back again ! sure i will call back and cancel the service lol .

I just did a fresh pull on my CR's and same thing, no info from EQ. This happened once before where TU didnt show info and it was back the next report pull.

Even when it shows EQ, the info is very suspect. All the credit cards report as the first of the month for EQ while TU and EX report the actual date in the middle of the month. The FAKO they give is also so far off the actual score compared to the TU and EX scores. I expect it to not be 90 points off.

EQ still doesnt appear after new refresh today ? I call cust service again and all they can tell me is wait for another 24 hrs , it been 72 hrs already , and they still don't know what wrong with it grrrrrrr .

Does anyone got EQ update yet ?? my report still doesnt show EQ for the whole week , dont know how long i have to wait , really want to cancel the service

I just signed up because I wanted to test it and what a disappointment.... I get only Experian and Transunion and absolutely NO DATA from Equifax. ...if they cannot fix this I will cancel again. The worst service I have seen so far.... login is a hit an miss and once you are in only 2 bureau report is coming up...that is a bummer

I'm not getting rated payment history for EQ, i.e., I get white boxes instead of green OK marks for the 24 month history. But my balance is updating, so they are reporting something.

Galaim - just ran a complete three bureau report and everything was complete from the three bureaus. Checked it carefully after reading comments on this thread and after having had the problem around August 2013.

just give them another call today , the agent told me everything should working fine , they fix it today , so let wait till tomorrow and refesh it , let see what up with it .

Hello everyone! I'm having issues with EIDT, and I'm hoping someone in here can help. My issue is a little different than the issues you are having. I signed up for EIDT today because it sounded like a great deal for monitoring. Unfortunately, after they charged my card they did not ask for any information (SSN, DOB, etc) that would allow them to access my reports, and they had no way for me to create login information. They just showed an order number with my name and address.

Is this common for them to not give you login information or ask for any information to make sure they're pulling the correct report? How do I go about using the service now that I've paid but have no login?

Thank you for any help you can give! I've been reading these forums for a while, and everyone here is so helpful. :-)
