How to become a member of Fort Knox Federal Credit Union?

I really like their products offered ( Visa, LOC, No closing cost Heloc) and want to become a member of this CU. I looked on their website and cant find a backdoor way in.

I live out of state and non military, no family member living in KY either.

How are you guys becoming members of this CU?

Used to be American Consumer Council.

Is now qualified with "American Consumer Council / Kentucky":

There have been reports that out-of-state people don't fare very well, so I'd personally give it a pass.

I was afraid of that. Looks like all the pathways have closed for out of state. Same for Coastal Carolina CU as well. No other way for out of state.
