When you say it is reporting you mean that it is on a credit report that you have? If thsi is not the case check the name address and SSN used for that account and compare it to the ones that are reporting.

Hi Everyone!

i have a positive credit card account which is being reported to all the three credit bureaus.
For some reason FICO experian account is not picking up the new account.
MY FICO equifax and transunion have 800+ score , but FICO experian is 750 because it doesnot have the positive credit card account.
I talked to experian bureau and they say that they have the credit card listed and it is FICO's error for not picking up the account . I call FICO customer service , but no proper solutions.

I will greatly appreciate any advise anyone can give on the issue.

Thanks,
Raj.

Do you have a credit report from Experian that reports the trade line in question?

+1 Confirm whether it's reporting or not and you'll know where the problem lies. If it's not on your Experian report FICO can't use it in scoring calculations and the creditor is the one that is responsible for reporting. If it is reporting and isn't factored in then the problem is with FICO.

thanks very much for the reply!

it's reporting on experian , but FICO experian is not factoring in the scrore , which is causing a difference for about 50 points (fico equifax and fico transunion have the positive credit line as part of the score).

fico experian : 750

fico equifax : 799

fico transunion : 804.

i talked to fico customer service , but they were not helpful.

thanks.
