Are any Credit Sesame members having problems with CS not reporting monthly updates? Their customer service isn't the greatest as far as response.

i was curious about CS this month also , there are an bit tarde on updating.

Well if you pay for premium. You can update daily.

Thanks! At the moment, I'm not interested in paying for the premium membership. The standard monthly updates suffice, however CS is not automatically updating monthly as it normally did. Therefore I was wondering if this issue is experienced by others.

yep mine still shows jul 02 as my last score.

I am beginning to wonder if once standard members reach a certain score, CS intentionally does not update automatically on a monthly basis in effort to force their premier plan.

Something may have gone wonky over there in July.

I know I was subscribed to their credit monitoring, and I hadn't turned it off, but I hadn't seen an alert since June 26th, and I finally looked, and sure enough the monitoring option was now off.

Likewise I have not updated since July 4th.

Credit Karma's latest upgrade (including free monthly full credit reports) makes CS look bad.

It did same last month. But after 3 days. It gave update. So I paid. For only 1 month. Even sent them email to no avail.

Hm! This might support my opinion that this is a tactic Credit Sesame is using to get members to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. I'm not going to buy though because Credit.Com offers free monthly Experian scores.

I just logged in with my laptop and I had new alerts for my US Bank CLIs but not the score for this month. It had not updated the credit score. My phone app has nothing updated alerts or score yet.

That was exactly my experience--CLI's reported, but no score update.
