I have been receiving unsolicited credit card offers at my residence all of a sudden. The name on them is not mine, but is certainly my correct address.

Should I be concerned about this as an indication of potential identity theft?

If so.... suggestions?

It could be the previous owners of your residence or neighbors too. The address is your address, so not that big of a deal for you, but maybe a big deal for the person who's name is on it. I would check in to it because someone could be using your address to obtain credit(not your social or name) for example park access, drivers license, ect. Probably nothing, but I'd investigate. Be careful, identity thieves can send stuff out too that looks legit to have you return your correct information.
