Chase updates to the credit bureaus any time you PIF to 0.

If you still have pending charges, I am not sure if they will update.

There are no quirks to having a negative balance.

I accidently let my Freedom report at like 85% util because the statement date in the account area was like 2 weeks off. I went ahead and PIF. Do they still update mid statement cycle when you pay to $0? If so how long do they usually take to update? Any quirks with having a negative balance?

I don't really have anything to apply for atm but want to see what my scores do at under 1% util.

Yeah this worked like a charm. I literally paid this like 16 hrs ago and now my balance is showing $0 on Experian. Very nice!
