FYI The only dumb question is the one never asked. So don't be afraid to ask. You and everyone who reads and didn't know the answer will learn.

hehe , to quote the guy im currently learning from at work , there is no such thing as a dumb question , but you sure ask alot of them ....

my two cents... yea i ask dumb questions over and over, takes me forever to learn. I would suggest asking the person you dealt with at the bank if they

could enlighten you as to which model they used. normally they will tell you but not show or let you have copies. then once you have confirmation of what they used , post back here and learn more about what they used and the fico 08's you had. theres alot of data about it here somewheres.
