Freezing reports

Hello all,

I have a question, I froze all reports about a month ago. SInce then I have not gotten a score update from Credit Karma, Credit Sesame and My Fico when I tried to buy them. My Fico said it was because they are frozen and they cannot access them. They refunded my money. Credit Karma and Sesame both update credit activity but not the score. I know its a FAKO but I still like to see it change. Lastly I cant get any increases on any of my Comenity cards and I feel once again it it becsause the reports are frozen. In the deinal letter it said my credit score is 0 which is obviously not true. I thought freezes only prevented NEW creditors from opening and doing HP's. I thought creditors you already had would still be able to access your reports? Do I really have to unfreeze to get scores updated and SP cli?
