Just had a chat with an online representative and and this is our conversation:
"Sabrina: I appreciate that you took time to chat with us!

Sabrina: Sure, we do have the option. You just need to call us at 1800-950-5114 and enroll over the phone as authentication is done only over the phone.

Sabrina: Our team will be happy to check and assist you with that accordingly."

Has anyone tried?

I chat with the online representative again and she gave me this:

"Lisa: We do have a dedicated team set up for this.
Lisa: I will help you with the contact information to reach the dedicated team.
Lisa: You can reach the dedicated team at 1-866-422-8380 so that the account can be enrolled in this feature.
Lisa: You can also call us at 1-866-405-3011"

interesting when my citi aa comes in few days i shall try and see if i can get eq fico. Now where is that option with amex for ex scores!!!

I called and talked two reps. Neither one of them knew anything about when the fico would roll out. They were actually taken aback that I would ask. But they did offer me 5% cash back on electronics til March 31st lol. Wish they would give me a cli but i didn't feel like negotiating today.

I called in today and they asked me to call again on Jan 20 since the feature would be available to cardholders mid January.
