topic 3 bureau monitoring - cancel and resubscribe? in General Credit Topics

I purchased the 3 bureau report and monitoring last December 18th. After the required 3 month commitment, I cancelled my subscription on March 17th with the intent to resubscribe after about 10 days in order to refresh my report (and get the new auto and mortgage scores).

I was expecting my access and monitoring to stop as of the 18th, but I have continued to receive updates. When I checked my subscription info, it says that my payment is overdue and to avoid a lapse in my access, to pay the charges within the next 23 days. I don't want to continue my current subsciption. I want to start a new one soon.

My question is: Is there a waiting period before I can purchase a new subscription versus continuing my old one? I specifically didn't want to have to pay $50 to refresh my reports in addition to the $21 monthly fee (and I wanted to wait until all of my recent cc payments had hit my report). I tried looking on the site but couldn't find any info on this.

Any help would be appreciated!
