Why cant I view my Freecreditreport?

So I went on my annual free credit report webiste and requested one report. Typed in my info and it said I needed to request the info in writing and it available online? Weird. I pulled another buearau last July and it worked just fine.

I have since then frozen my credit with all 3 companies. Should I try again or will the freeze affect that?

They are known to have tech glitch. It'll remain there. I've been suffering for 3 years

I've written to their exec office as I have the same problem. If they're able to resolve this I'll post here.

same issue with equifax. they always give me all irrelevant questions and choices. I had to choose N/A for all of them, resulting in a failed verification.

For me, it doesn't go that far. I get the note the moment I put in my details and hit Next.

Omg I thought it was just me! I even called and couldn't get a resolution.
