Where to get full Transunion TU credit report?

So, I tried annualcreditreport.com and was able to get experian and equifax credit reports. But tu had problem verifying my identity and couldn't process it.
I also tried getting it directly from TU, by registering and setting up an account, and again it gave me error.

The only way now it to call TU and have them mail me the credit report. However, I want the electronic version of the credit report and not the paper form. (and I don't want to scan the paper form either).

My question: where else can I get the FULL credit report for TU? I wan all the infos - soft pulls, past addresses, etc. etc.

Credit Karma and such don't give you the full report, just the basic account summaries, and such.

I don't even mind paying a one month fee for some service, if in the end I'll get the full credit report.

Try clearing cookies, or even better, using a different browser (ie. MSIE or Chrome). That alone may do it. You may need to change IP address; use a different device / computer. And if still no good, wait it out for week or so (this works with EQ, and likely TU too).

As for getting a TU report right now, myFICO offers one time credit reports at http://www.myfico.com/Products/FICOOne/

I would mail in a request for the report along with the fee if its not a freebie also send copy of your DL and util or CC statement showing your current address.

in no way I want paper copy of the credit report, only electronic form. will mailing them accomplish that?

Have you called TU and figured out the error? A rep can probably walk you through it, but you need to get on the phone with them. Requesting it online is the only way to get a digital copy. Snail mail will get you a hard copy, which you said you don't want.

I've been successful in getting free copies of my TransUnion credit report by going through their "File credit dispute online or check status" LINK:

I have a report file number from some time ago, and am able to use it (so far) on an ongoing basis. It's been some time since I originally opened the dispute, so I don't remember how unencumbered was my initial foray into this site. Still, perhaps worth a try...?

You can't resolve the issue with accessing TU online without calling them. Get that sorted out. If you want an electronic copy then you can request it after your get that resolved. I don't recall why off the top of my head but a lot of Credit Boards users strongly recommend requesting paper copies. I think the information differs as well as the dispute timeframe or the timeframe that creditors have to respond to a dispute. You'll have to verify that yourself.

IIRC this topic is not within myFICO Forums TOS. The dispute process is for disputes.

Thanks! what's the backdoor number to call to get it sorted out? the ones I have are generic ones, that's either automated to request paper copy of credit report, or virtually impossible to reach operator.

Update: called the number, verified my identity over the phone, and they unlocked my account. was able to get the report.
