too few accounts in good standing

Last year at this time all I had was 2 first premiere cards and like 10 bad and closed accounts. Scores in 400s. Now I have 22 accounts including two 5,000.00 chase cards, a 5000.00 lowes, 3500.00 home depot, but accounts still say too few accounts

Too little information. Do you have baddies? Did you burn someone in a BK?

May I ask where you are getting your reports?

That doesn't sound like a FICO report/scoring comment but I could be wrong.

Did you open a lot of new accounts? three or more new accounts will cause that to show.

So you were able to get 9/10 derogs completely removed?

If you still have a derog and added a number of new accounts over the past year it's not too surprising. As asked above, where is this message coming from?

I agree with takeshi74 "As your own subject states, it's not "too few accounts", it's "too few accounts in good standing".

The words in good standing makes all the difference.

Yeah in good standing, but I have 2 accounts over 3 yrs old, 1 or 2 over a year and like 18 almost a year all paid perfect and like 15 with no balance.
