I am trying to settle a judgement for my mom through portfolio recovery, I have called the atty on file for her case, written numerous emails ( atty voice mail said email is best way to reach her) left messages with no luck so far, now what to do? do I just call a random person and try to negociate? Any thoughts would be appreciated, TIA
