What's wrong with my PFB letter?

I sent a question to US Bank through PFB on 6-16. No response. So I sent another one and this time I shared it. This was 7-05. I still don't have a reply from US Bank on either of these and nobody has even replied to my letter. Here's the link if anybody wants to check it out....

oops...didn't watch my initials....I thought it was PFD, not PFB.. Sorry

Thanks. It's basically a GW letter but I submitted it through PFB. I'm just wondering if they are looking at it or don't even realize it's there. I'm just anxious I guess....

Yeah, if you don't hear anything, then go ahead and mail a GW letter.
