So I noticed my Macy's statement cut about a week ago and it still hasn't been updated on my reports, so I called their credit reporting department, and the lady I spoke with said their system still has a ton of bugs and it could take 30-60 days until they will be able to report to the bureaus again. Same issue here, willwar14. I called Bloomingdale's because my statement cut on the 26th with a zero balance, and still hasn't been reported to bureaus. Their normal reporting time to bureaus after statement cuts is a few days. Now we are going on several weeks.

Rep told me it would not be until statement at end of October (October 26) - I thought the same thing as you, that they have to be kidding. No changes reported from July until October. I could see a slight delay due to system changes, but that is a very long delay.

My Macy's accounts haven't reported since around July 20th. They're clearly still working out the kinks.
