Can they do this??

I got up this morning and done my daily pulls with TC and I had an inq on there from Capital One Auto Finance 7/07/07.....What the heck??? True they did finance my new vehicle purchase 04/12/07 but WHY OH WHY are they racking up more inquiries on me?????

Thats not right, they should not be able to do that...can you let me know what the outcome of your call is? I would be so pissed too! Don't let cap1 get away with that.

When did they do the refinance? Was the hard pull associated with that refinance?

It wasn't a re-finance..... just a regular purchase.........And what really ticks me off is the fact that I have made my payments 2 and 1/2 weeks early everytime........Wow im just loving the Thanks that im getting! No wonder some people call them crap-one!

I called today, but no customer service reps are there .......But I am going to call 1st thing in the morning and I will post the results!

Wow what idiots.......Just got off of the phone with them for the 5th time today and not one person could get a grip on what I was talking about, 1person told me to contact the BBB about them, 2nd time I got hung up on, 2 other reps did not have a clue and the last one is convinced that I had to have gone to a dealership over the weekend to purchase a new car!!!!!!! NOT being that I have a New Honda from 11/2006 and a new Chevy from 04/2007........anyways I ended up telling them off and still no resolution to the inquiry........Oh'well Hopefully my B* will start happening and I can get rid of it that way!

did you speak with a supervisor, because all of that sounds like some crap to me.

Call again, and let them know, you'll be calling every hour on the hour until someone can explain to you why they did a hard pull on your CR for no apparent reason.
