CSC unfreakbelievable

i try to log into the site and it says my account does not exist with them so i try to recover my user name just in case and it says no account found with that email. i disputed with them a few weeks ago, well close to over a month ago and wanted to check the status and now this.

Welcome to CSC. I have the same issues. It is a crapshoot - you submit and cross your fingers and wait 30 days. It seemed to take a little longer but now everything is coming in. Don't even try to reach customer service. One time I got a live person through transfers at the local office. She said, "How did you get my number?" I explained and we were mysteriously cut-off. Nice.

thank you so much this is freakin unbelievable if they didnt do anything about my disputes i will be pissed because i did them online and dont have any documention those !@#$@#%@#$%@#%@#%@#%#$^#$ man i am so mad right now.

exactly and they expect something to get done im mad beyond reason right now there has to be something that can be done about this you cant log into their site and when you get someone on a line they seem to not want to help and just magically get disconnected

I despise CSC. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with a lawsuit against them. I also disputed and am waiting to hear from someone. It was supposed to be removed in July, but I disputed to ensure it would drop off. I'm buying a house soon. I guess I'll try the numbers in the previous post tomorrow. I have never been able to log in!

I don't know what CSC's problem is with registrations, I always have the same problem you describe too. But it's easy to get around....

Click where it says "lost password?" on the page you get after the login fails. Enter the requested info and they will Email you a password that will work within 10-15 minutes. (They say 1 hour, but in my experience it happens faster.)

The page where you register at CSC does say your registration will only be valid to use for 48 hours.... So you do have to go through the motions all over again when you return later.

All in all, I find CSC the easiest of the 3 CRAs with which to work. But that's actually due to more demerits on EX and TU, than a feather in their cap.

I think the registaration for get a copy of your report and dispute info are not the same. You have to register for each one? Not sure but it is a pain.

CSC, the last I checked was doing contract work FOR EQ in 7 states mostly in the midwest/south.....mybe the Guru's here can chime in......

Yes, bucket, mymy is correct. They service the middle part of the country on behalf of EQ.
