(Since mortgage rates aren't based at all on FICO8 scores.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't worry about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I got an alert via MyFico that my credit score got a jump by 10 points due to a 4.38% 30 year mortgage....um....I haven't even applied for any kind of mortgage, ever.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Call Equifax directly tomorrow and see what is going on. If it is an error, you can file a dispute whilst on the phone with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
