I have an issue EVERY year pulling my reports from here. ID issues. To add fuel to my fire this year, the website seems to think I've already gotten a free report from TU.

Anyone else have issues with this?

I had used this once last year and it was fine. I pulled a report from Experian a week ago with no issues. I recently tried to pull on from Equifax and that requested I mail in with proof of ID. Googling the issue and it is not uncommon for them to ask for identity verification.

I've never had problems but there are certainly others who have. Don't overlook prior discussions as a resource:

https://www.google.com/search?q=annual+credit+report+security+questions+site%3Aficoforums.myfico.com&oq=annual+credit+report+security+questions+site%3Aficoforums.myfico.com&aqs=chrome..69i57.383j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8

IIRC the security questions are pulled from your reports so if you can't get through security then check your reports. You can always contact a CRA directly to address this sort of thing. I don't recall if any of the CRA's use other data sources for the security questions but, again, you can call.
