Disputing does not restart the clock. And paying can restart the clock eventhough it is illegal.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;You should try and negotiate a pay for delete with the hospitol (assuming they will work with you). If they won't, work with the CA. If&amp;nbsp;they agree to a&amp;nbsp;PFD, make sure to get it in writing before you pay and stipulate that both tradelines must be removed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Ideally, you want them gone, not paid. Delete can take up to 30 days once the PFD is agreed upon. Yes you negotiate a partial payment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
