Transunion just dropped a bomb

I don't know we're this should go so feel free to move

So for the past couple of months my inquiries on tu have been falling off every so often and I was at 11 so just know I logged in to wallethub and guess what they just added back all of my inquires to my report so back at 57😟😟😟😬

OP a lot of people had the same problem last week, including me, and some called TU and the word was that they said they had a glitch and working on it. Mine all disappeared the next day, back to the normal 4 inq's, and they showed up again yesterday. What is weird is, they only show up when you pull your report from a TU partner site, or a TU product. I pulled my reports from Amex credit secure, myfico, experian, equifax and couple more places and none of them show the inq's. I ended up with 30 and my credit score did not go down except the Vantage 3.0 TU score, which went down about 40 points.Hopefully it will go back to normal again soon.

Almost 40 of these are due to car loans about 20 per car loan I have this is what happens when you don't try Dcu or your own companies credit union first and you have a repo on your report.

They ran it through every Tom Dick And Harry lender out there to just end up using Chrysler capital AKA Santander

I'm not worried or fretting it lol another 10 are from NFCU and then synchrony.

Does not change my plans or anything just happy I got my marvel card first.

And now that I just looked at my reports the Fully factual inquiry count is
Equifax:61
Experian:71
Transunion:57
So a grand total of 189👍 😱😱😱

I want my name in record book for most inquiries without adverse action 😎😎😎😎😎😎

Apparently it's only happening in the TU monitoring sites. Wallethub,CK,Credit Wise. So no need to panic. Myfico is reportedly showing correctly. And that is the most important. Can anyone confirm CCT reporting correctly?

Wow! I thought my 12 for a car loan was terrible. So sorry, OP. Glad you can deal with it. Hope things look up for you soon.

I can. My wife and I both pulled today. CCT is showing the lower number. (Can't really say correct, because correct IS the higher number, we're just all benefactors of a wonderful glitch that makes TU inquiries disappear.)

No need to be sorry lol I'm not I have 2 super low apr car loans not even 2 years post repo and also have 125k in limits from almost nothing in the beginning of 2015 just one open card with 500$ limit and am getting ready to buy a house two years from now when those will all vanish and since I applied for almost everything it seems and have tons of amazing cards and limits with great rewards just got 850$ in rewards and have a ton waiting to be redeemed.

I'm not sorry I'm STOKED just a little surprised at least I have almost as much data as credit pulls database 😂😆😆😆

Baller i have done 2 or 3 pulls in the last week thru EX and several others including Smart credit, Amex credit secure, EQ, Myfico and all show 4 except bankrate, TU, Quizzle, they show 32 Ex and CCT are the same i guess so i am sure we should be good there. I hope it gets corrected. Just pulled myfico TU report as i was writing this pos and it all looks good there.

same thing happened to my Tu.com profile, all the inquiries came flying back. then they went away last week and this week they are back. they are not showing on CK or credit check total or credit secure or smart credit. But CreditSesame is showing all the inquiries.

just did CCT and it is clean, refreshed credit sesame and they are all there. Do you think this is temporary or did TU pull one on us? Off topic, do you know how LONG it would take EX to get rebucketed. Last baddy which was a judgement from 2010 is deleted over the phone an hour ago. refreshed report, it is gone, and the score went down almost 15 points wihtin the last hour after the deletion.

The inquiries you see is just the tip of the iceberg. Something is brewing; I used to see 1 inquiry, but now there are 16. Worse, I used to only see 63 accounts, but now WalletHub shows 123 accounts. WH shows my VantageScore has dropped 80 points overnight. I hope that lenders recognize that this was an overnight change and that the negative information is from seven years ago. Even if I file disputes for items that were removed from other bureaus per FCRA, the dispute can take up to 30 days.

Go look at the bureau's data directly whenever something wierd like this comes up. The bureau is reference, not any of the third party services.

MF cuts them off at a year, they're on the bureau datasets for 2.
