Synchrony replacement card reporting

Hubby's Sam's card was updated as closed zero balance because they sent new cards in October but we never received them. Does anyone know how long it will take to report the new card/account?

I hate that they call it an "upgrade" and report a new account. I closed that upgrade box the minute it popped up.

But I have no idea of the benefits of a Sams MC so, congrats :]

@Elim I don't know if they 'upgraded' the account, didn't think to ask why they were sending new cards. I might chat with them in the morning and ask. It'd be if it wad upgraded to a MC. I'll try to remember to ask if my statement date is going to change aleo.
