Experian Not Updating

This is my first post so please be gentle..lol. Anywhoo... I was just wondering am I the only one that hasn't had an update on their Experian credit report. I have an account here on MyFico, one with Experian directly and one with Credit Check Total. And there hasn't been an update for MyFico since 1/15/17 and since 1/29/17 on the other 2 sites. I'm aware that accounts report at different times and maybe to different agencies at different time but to see no updates has me just wondering am I the only or have any of you noticed this too.

I had that same problem. I call experian and they said it myfico so I called myfico and they said it was experian so long story short I cancelled my subscription. Then I came back a couple of weeks later and it was updated. I dont think myfico and experian community very well.

Have you had any changes that are actual alerts for the myFICO product? I think I remember the listed alerts being limited for EX. A call to myFICO couldn't hurt I guess.. good luck

Mine hasnt updated either since around that time. Nor has it updated if I look at creditchecktotal, so that leads me to believe its Experian.

Both other bureus are updating (and climbing week to week it seems).
