Amex + Mint + They have a message for you?

I was approved for my first Amex today and I went to add it to Mint where I manage my finances, but it keeps sayin Amex has a message for me.

I clicked through everything on the Amex site, and there's nothing there, other than the self-closing "good morning" popup when I log in.

Is this a problem for everyone, or has anyone had success adding Amex to Mint?

Please don't take this off-topic and advise me against using Mint, I have engineering friends who work their and it does what I need to help keep me sane. I am well aware many, many people on the boards despise Mint, so let's keep this on topic. ^_^

I am currently have that same issue. I just got approved last night and tried adding the account into Mint and I am getting the exact same message. We're you able to get it resolved?

I've had that happen more than once on my accounts and I just ignore it. Then it refreshes the next day with no issues! Not sure what the problem is.

BTW, I absolutely LOVE Mint!!

I had this happen a month or so back. It didn't go away after a week, so I removed AmEx and readded. Worked fine after that.
