I dont get it

My Fico score for

Trans is 672

Equi 669

Exper 668

I just applied for a AMEX and got aprooved for 5K. Ok great news, well the same day my old landloard said my application got denied becasue my credit score is too low. He sait it was 577. Can someone try to explain what the hell happen? I dont get it. I am rebuilding my credit, and everything is curren and/or paid down.

Now I cant move in the appartment.

What to do.

What to do.

FICO has different versions and they can be very different from one another. One of my Experian scores is 649 versus FICO 8 740 and FICO 9 in the 770's.

Some landlords use Vantage 3 as well.

Sign up for Credit Karma - it's free and it uses Vantage 3 scoring. I just pulled all 3 of my FICO scores from here a few days ago, all between 620-644, log into Credit Karma and my Transunion is 578 and my Equifax is 573.

I have credit karma and my score is 669 equifax and 625 trans but my landlord said it was 577 and denied so I don't know what to do .

I would tell him you've checked your scores and they dont match - what system did they pull? You will only know if you ask.
