ihad a bill from a hospital the bill was from a car accident and i forgot to pay when i call the hospital to pay they told me tha the bill was sent to a collections agency icalled the agency trying to pay for the bill didnt want it to hurt my credit and they told me they can only give informacion about to bill to my attorney my car accident is already settlle and my atorney dont seen to care to help me anymore is there anything i can do i forgot to mention the collection agency never try to reach me on the phone or by letter

The post states that the accident is already settled.

By that, do you mean that the debt was settled, such as by insurance, and thus there is no longer a debt?

If your attorney is your legal rep and refuses to deal with you, then you might have a misconduct issue that could be subject of a complaint to your state bar.

Can you amplify on why he is refusing to deal with you?

yeah is already settle but for some reason tha idont know he forgot to pay this bill i i keep getting on the mail when i finally decided to pay it is when i find out is already in collections is a small amount i called him trying to figured out what todo and hes giving me the around is there anyway posible i can deal with this without him or can i pay the directly to the hospital or i stuck with this ppl?
