So I tried purchasing something online earlier and Citi denied it. I used my bank card instead.

Later, I saw the email asking me to verify if it was me or if it's fraudulent. It also says my account may be limited until they hear from me.

If I verify it was me, will I be charged twice (on Citi and on the card I ended up using?)

Just checking what I'm supposed to do

Sydney

I'd call Citi and tell them that you were indeed the one who made the charge but that you used another card to complete the transaction.
