I disputed a tax lien with EQ because it doesn't meet the new requirements with regards to reporting information. It came back as verified through LN. When I spoke to LN they said there are no PR on my report and are sending a copy of it to me. How should I proceed with getting it removed with EQ? Any advice would be great.

Are you now intending to assert that there is no longer any lien, or only that it is posted, but does not show the full name, address, and SSN or DOB?

The first assertion would be basis for removal, regardless of the National Consumer Assistance Plan.

Substantiation that it is no longer in the public record would be new information, and thus support a renewed dispute.

The second assertion would be an administrative issue.

The CRAs have not yet fully completed their review under the National Consumer Assistance Plan, and I would give it another month or so before pursuing.
