Equifax file is completely blank

I have posted about not being able to pull since I froze, however today I was finally able to log in to trusted I'd and it lists a big zero for everything from accounts to inquiries to all! I am afraid this is the beginning of a nightmare. Where did my whole file go and what should I do about it?

I'm going through the same thing my file is nothing but 0's I have emailed them 35 times I called 24 times an hour wait each time I faxed my dl and ss 8 times they are the most incompetent people i have ever talked to no one will help im waiting on equifax to buy a house they have screwed me someone help are tell me how to strike back down with equifax

I just had to unfreeze my file and all was restored

File a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

This happened to me twice.

The first lasted a couple weeks. It all came back....although somehow my 6 inquiries weren’t showing up. What’s strange is when my report came back on Trusted ID, my CK also showed 0 inquires (from the 6 they I had the day before).

All was well then I decided to lock my report via Trusted ID. Everything disappeared...again. This time it lasted a week and everything came back, including my 6 IQ and an updated CK that reflected 6 IQ.

Really strange. Unless you need your EQ asap then I would just waiting it out like I’ve been doing. Equifax is just running in circles like a chicken without its head right now.

Well that was anticlimatic

I cant stand Equifax, i wish i could unfreeze at my desire. Lol, i recently sent in my requested docs to permanently remove my freeze and lo and behold, i pulled an equiy, didnt send in my social!! THATS how much they play with my emotions. I wouldnt call them again if they told me i won the Discover lotery Its like talking to the wall only the wall is more knowledgeable and interesting
